A 30-amp MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) solar charge controller, sized for panel arrays up to about 360 watts at 12V. MPPT controllers extract 20-30 percent more energy from a panel than the older PWM type. Required between any rigid panel array and the house battery for safe charging and battery longevity.
