Overview
The Forge 15 is HitchFire's flagship hitch-mounted grill. Mounts to a standard 2-inch hitch receiver and swings out for cooking. Two 7,500-BTU burners give 15,000 BTU total across a 355 square-inch cast-iron grate. Powder-coated steel construction; runs off a 16 oz propane bottle or a 20 lb tank with the appropriate adapter. Total weight 72 lbs.
