Taxa Outdoors is a Houston, Texas trailer manufacturer founded in 2014 by Garrett Finney, a former NASA habitat architect. The company builds hard-sided camper trailers with pop-up roofs, including the TigerMoth, Cricket, and the larger Mantis, along with the Woolly Bear utility trailer. The designs borrow from aircraft and spacecraft construction, using powder-coated steel skeletons and aluminum composite panels.
