Dragan Systems makes the Dragan Pocket Winch, a hand-crank recovery winch built from aerospace-grade aluminum and a carbon-fiber handle. Founders Jake Ruhl and Ryan Neil bring a combined engineering background in aerospace and mechanical design to the product, which launched in 2025 as a lighter alternative to standard steel-cable come-alongs for vehicle, motorcycle, and ATV recovery.
